AAMCO Scam

I took my car to Aamco on 03/04/2009 for a “trans scan test” and was told by David that transmission repairs were needed to the tune of $2200.00… yeah. He was so sure about getting me financed to pay for the repairs until I was convinced that it was true. I told David “NOT TO DO ANYTHING” unless I was financed. David started repairs and THEN tried to get me financed which by the way was not approved so I was told that I owe $2295.54!! I needed things out of the car for my job, but David told me only if I gave him $200.00 I was appalled, misled, hurt, angry and disgusted among other things. I called the police out and was told to file a civil complaint against this company. David must be hungry, to rip people off and scam them out of their money. How can people like Scott and his sidekick David sleep at night? There is so much scam going on here with Aamco they should be shut down. We as consumers should pass these places getting a speeding ticket doing 100 mph!!!!!
